Terms of Service

Welcome to Finally! By downloading, accessing, or using the Finally mobile application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Finally is a personal finance application designed to help you track spending, manage budgets, monitor subscriptions, and gain insights into your financial habits.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

To use Finally, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law

Finally provides personal finance management tools including but not limited to:

• Expense tracking and categorization
• Budget creation and monitoring
• Subscription management and reminders
• Spending insights and analytics
• Bank account connection via secure third-party services

Finally offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions billed via Apple's App Store.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for any refund inquiries related to App Store purchases.

When using Finally, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Finally app, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by ZBGC LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Finally integrates with third-party services to provide certain features:

• Plaid: For secure bank account connections and transaction data
• RevenueCat: For subscription and payment processing
• Apple Services: For authentication and App Store transactions

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Transaction data will always be accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZBGC LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and discontinuing use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
